Pierre-Richard Augustin, the Principal of AdMerk Consulting Services, has always been driven by a deep commitment to the community and a desire to make a lasting impact. His journey began as an Independent Insurance Adjuster, traveling across the country to assess property claims for damage caused by storms, fires, and floods.
Through this work, Pierre gained a profound understanding of the challenges people face when their homes are ravaged by unforeseen events. He witnessed firsthand the heartbreak of families who lost everything, and he saw how a stable, affordable home could be a beacon of hope in the darkest times.
This realization ignited a passion in Pierre to address the urgent need for affordable housing in Baltimore City. He saw beyond the bricks and mortar; he saw the potential to change lives. At AdMerk, Pierre and his team are committed to more than just delivering excellence in commercial construction—they are dedicated to investing in the future of families by channeling a portion of their profits into building homes for those who need them most.

Having moved from Boston, MA to the suburb of Chicago, IL then on to Fairfax, VA, and later to Upper Marlboro, MD; Pierre has developed a deep appreciation for the sense of community and belonging that this region offers. It reminds him of the warmth and close-knit community of his hometown, Les Cayes, Haiti. This connection fuels his commitment to tackling Baltimore City's vacant home crisis. Pierre is working closely with local organizations in Park Heights, community leaders, and investors to renovate and revitalize neighborhoods, one block at a time.
Phase 1: One Block At A Time
Pierre is now inviting real estate investors from across the nation to join him in this transformative effort. By investing in Baltimore City, investors not only have the opportunity to achieve great returns, but they also have the chance to contribute to a cause that profoundly impacts the community. Phase 2: Joint Venture
As Pierre embarks on Phase 2, he invites investors to join a joint venture with an initial investment of only 25% or $37,500 of the amount needed to buy a house in Baltimore City. This investment is projected to yield a $100,000 profit—$75,000 in cash plus a $25,000 tax credit. Pierre envisions this process being repeated ten times, turning that investment into $1 million.
The estimated cost of the houses and repairs is $150,000. Investors only need to contribute 25%, or $37,500, while AdMerk will bring the remaining 75%. And This Is Pierre’s "Why"—The Reason That Keeps Him Up at Night
Pierre’s journey to accumulate wealth has taken him across the globe in pursuit of opportunity.
In China 🇨🇳, he supported his father’s business even after securing a contract with JD.com to launch his craft beer in the Chinese market. He fulfilled his father's wishes, who was 91 years old at the time, and later passed away at 94 years old in 2021.
In India 🇮🇳, Pierre traveled to launch a rice business, but he failed to achieve his objective. Despite these setbacks, Pierre remains undeterred.
Today, Pierre is focusing on being a Real Estate Investor and Developer. He sees an opportunity to make billions—yes, billions—in commercial construction and channel part of his profit into affordable housing to help families in need. With this success, Pierre plans to hire the right professionals to acquire a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of commercial properties and Class B/C apartments in the USA and emerging markets worldwide.
Pierre’s vision extends far beyond the immediate.
“I want to be among the companies venturing into space commercialization, providing commercial satellite communications to the 40% of the world still without internet access,” he says. “I want to be remembered by my family and grandchildren as an adventurer with bold dreams and endeavors that positively benefit our planet.”
Pierre draws inspiration from George Mueller, who, in the 1800s, relied solely on prayer to help up to 200 orphaned children in the streets of England, without ever asking for monetary donations.
With billions of dollars, Pierre plans to be among the companies that can safely take humans on tourism trips to the moon and back to Earth SAFELY. He wants to leave his mark on the history of space exploration.
